How is conversion calculated?
Each stage is divided by the previous one: got a reply / enquiries, booked / got a reply, and so on. Overall conversion = paid / enquiries. Revenue = paid × average check.
What does “missed versus targets” mean?
The calculator runs your enquiries through a funnel where every stage performs at least at its target (stages already above target stay as they are) and compares the number of paying patients with yours. The difference × average check is the money the clinic does not receive. If no targets are set, the calculator shows your actual figures only.
Where do I get the figures?
From your call log or telephony, messengers, CRM or appointment book for the last full month. Count every enquiry, including missed calls and unanswered messages — that is usually where most patients are lost.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere: the calculation runs in your browser. The figures and your email are stored only if you ask for the PDF — to send it and answer your questions. Details are in the privacy policy.
How is this different from an audit?
The calculator shows at which stage patients are lost. An audit answers why: how calls and messages are answered, how fast they are returned, what is said and where the patient changes their mind.
