How this site handles your personal data: what we collect, why, who receives it and what rights you have under the law of the Republic of Moldova and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who processes the data

2. What we collect

  • From the request form: first and last name, clinic name and a phone number for a call or a message on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. Email is optional: the request confirmation and the online call invite go there. Without it we contact you by phone or messenger.
  • If you want an online call: preferred date and time. When booking through Google Calendar — the details you enter in Google’s booking form.
  • From the loss calculator and the self-check — only if you ask for the result by email: your email and the figures or answers you entered.
  • When you register for a webinar: your name and email, to send you the stream link and reminders before it starts.
  • Along with a request, a webinar registration or a PDF request we store the page it was sent from, where you came from (UTM tags and the referring page), the time of consent and the version of this policy. A request or a webinar registration also stores your browser’s time zone, so that we schedule the call, state the webinar time and reply in your local time.
  • Technical data: your IP address is kept in server memory for a few minutes for spam protection and is not stored. The hosting provider may keep standard request logs.

We do not collect special categories of data (such as health data) and ask you not to include them in your request.

  • To reply to your request — call you or message you in a messenger on the number you gave (or email you if you left an address), run the free express front-desk check and arrange a call or a meeting — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To email you the calculator result or the self-check breakdown if you ask for it — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To send you the webinar link and reminders before it starts, if you registered — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To protect the forms from spam and repeated requests — based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters and never sell it.

4. Who receives the data

  • Website hosting: DigitalOcean, LLC (USA); the server is in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram — when we message or call each other in the messenger on the number you gave.
  • Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet) — if you book a call.
  • Telegram — for the controller’s internal notification about a new request or webinar registration.
  • The controller’s email service — for correspondence about your request, for sending the PDF if you asked for it, and for emails about a webinar you registered for.

These services may process data outside Moldova and the EU. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep it

Request data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion.

6. Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie, “lang”, to remember your language (1 year). There are no analytics or advertising cookies. If you open the Google Calendar booking page, Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

  • Access your data and get a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time — without affecting processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email sirghitimur@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.

The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. We will announce material changes on this page.
